  • Diagnosed with Rheumatoid, Psoriatic arthritis and Sjogren's Syndrome in 1995 when I was 35, I became permanently disabled in 2002. I've been treated with dozens of biologics-chemo-steroids, done alternative stuff like Chinese medicine, Reiki, special diets, cupping, yoga, massage...but the things that have improved my symptoms the most has been a daily mindfulness/meditation practice and using medicinal grade marijuana. I've been able to eliminate Celebrex,(anti-inflammatory) Topamax (nerve pain), Trazadone and lower my pain meds; morphine and skalaxen dramatically. I have done this all under my doc's supervision. All my physicians know I use marijuana, and are all very excited by my response...and many of their other patient's responses.
