LIFE CHAI TEA
In the Hebrew language, the definition of “chai” is “life.”
Add bundle of honey to water in a large kettle (with lid) with spices, and bring to boil. Immediately turn down to low and simmer until tea darkens in color. About one hour, more for a stronger brew.

I made this tea today after finishing up a double batch of honey tincture. Since I had two bundles of bud soaked in honey, it made a gallon of Chai. It is very good! I am looking forward to warming up a cup before bedtime using some whole milk in it instead of cream. I didn't have whole cardamon so used the powdered version I had. Using my yogurt straining funnel cleaned up the finished product just fine. You could use any fine strainer to do the same job.

- 1 Saturated Bundle Cannabis/Honey (from Honey Tincture Recipe using 5 lbs of honey)
- 8 Cups water
- Heaping Tablespoon each:
- Whole Cardamom Pods
- Whole Cloves
- Freshly Chopped Ginger
- Two Cinnamon Sticks
- Four tea bags… choose black, green, or herbal tea. Traditional chai is made with a strong, black tea, but you can use most any tea.
- 1 to 2 Sticks Vanilla (If using extract, add 1 Tablespoon at end of cooking process)

In a jar, combine the warm water, instant coffee and sugar. Cover with lid and shake until the mixture is foamy. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice, then add the Canna Milk and stir. Add more sugar or some chocolate syrup if desired
*Canna Milk: The easiest way to make canna milk is to take the desired number of doses of canna butter and whisk it into the desired amount of cream or milk for a few minutes while it is warm. If you want even better emulsification, add a little lecithin if you already have lecithin in your canna butter, you do not need to add more.

- 1 Pinch Nutmeg

- Put all ingredients into a small pot.
- Warm ingredients on the stove until incorporated.
- Serve warm.

- ½ cup raw almonds
- 3 cups water, distilled
- cannabis, coarsely ground (recommended 1-4 grams)
- cheesecloth or tight strainer
- This recipe works best when the almonds you are using have been soaked in water for 8 hours (overnight is OK). Drain the water and rinse almonds before using in the recipe below.
- Blend the almonds and water in a food processor until it resembles milk.
- Strain the almond milk through a cheesecloth or strainer.
- Add the strained milk to a saucepan and bring to a light boil.
- Add the ground cannabis and reduce heat. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Chill and serve, or use as a replacement for milk in any recipe.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground vanilla bean or paste if you prefer vanilla almond milk
Decadent Banana Chocolate Smoothie

- ½ cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 2 bananas

- In a sauté pan, melt cannabutter over low heat.
- Place the melted butter in the blender with the milk, half-and-half, Greek yogurt, banana and chocolate syrup. Blend this mixture until smooth (at least 1 ½ minutes in a high-powered blender). Then stop the blender, add 3 ice cubes, and blend until the consistency is creamy and smooth.
English Style Tea with Marijuana

- 1g of low-mid quality marijuana. More is always better!
- 2 tea bags
- honey and/or sugar
- about 1 tsp butter. Again, more is better, but don't exceed 2 tsp per cup
- full fat milk or half and half
- scissors
- stapler
- tea kettle
- tea cup/mug
- Snip off the very top of the two tea bags being sure to only cut the very edge off where it is sealed.
- Take your ground up marijuana and carefully add as much as you can to the tea bag
- Fold over the tea bag to seal in the contents and staple closed
- Steep the tea bag for 5 minutes in individual cups or mugs of boiling water
- Add milk or half and half
- Add sugar or honey to your taste
- Add 1 tsp or 2 tsp of butter
- Stir to enjoy with a friend or loved one
